Yay! I'm a fan and I'll tell you why:…read more It's located in Palaiseau, which is a small city outside of Paris. So from the outside, it's a mini replica of a ski cabin. When you enter, the place is just like a log cabin with a fire place and everything made from wood. It's like I was camping in the alps and wanted to stop by for a hot cocoa but not really because I am in Palaiseau. Trippy but in a cool way. It's my version of a mini mountain ski vacation escape. Food we ordered was good; really heavy and comforting. Hits you in all those spots, esp. the heart and me, thighs. Cheese, meats, and potatoes were in almost every dish. Almost every dish was a crepe of some sort. We started off with a carpaccio of beef, and a salad of greens and cheese and cold meats. Simple and tasty. We then shared a roblochonade and a crepe raclette with sausage. Pretty good. The crepe batter was very good and we enjoyed it much. We also ordered a dessert crepe with chestnut cream and a ball of vanilla ice cream. Prices were reasonable and it's good for families.Place was jam packed with lil ones running around. Noise was loud but not overbearing. Service was slow with the waiter taking his sweet time to attend to us. However, since he took his time, we just continued to eat, eat, eat. We didn't want to waste food because the portions were ginormous and so we ate for maybe 3 hours total and didn't eat for 2 days because we were that stuffed. I thought this place was charming and cute and the food wasn't so bad for the prices they offered. I will be back!

Didn't see a recent review so we were skeptical. Went to this restaurant on a Thursday night close…read moreto 9 pm. Luckily the kitchen was still open so we went in for our last dinner before flying back to Northern California tomorrow. So thankful that we made a right choice to come here. The manager does not speak much English but with google translate we managed to understand the menu a bit. They just started a new menu tonight for the weekend to come. Ordered a appetizers of Spanish cured meat , scallops with amazing yellow sauce , main dish my husband ordered a aged steak with yummy green purée sauce made from French veggies in a black plate and I ordered a roasted octopus with turnips , pickled red onion with black sesame purée sauce on a white plate. Pairs with a glass of light oaky French red wine. The presentation was just heaven to the eyes and the taste was just out of this world! I am surprise no one give this restaurant a recent review. Lots of local people eat here. This restaurant deserve more review!! We will definitely come back whenever we come to Paris! Sorry for not giving you the names of our dishes. Should have taken a photo of tonight's menu! But if you ever come here, just order any dishes as I guarantee you will not walk away disappointed !!! The service to the food presentation are just sooooo great in this little town. What a present surprise for us!!
