Joshua and Whitney were fabulous from the first phone call to finalizing the cremation. We had never been through this process before and they walked us through every step. They filed the claim with our funeral insurance, they helped confirm the actual funeral service at St. Eleanor's, they had custom cookies made for the visitation, they added music to the photograph video when we had technical difficulties, and they delivered all the flowers from the church to our home after the service. Danny was not professional during the initial meeting, no "bed-side" manner at all. He was rude about being paid even though he was holding the paperwork that was incomplete, for payment. It's unfortunate that there isn't another funeral home in Ruidoso to use. read more

Have contacted La Grone Funeral Chapel twice in the last two weeks and spoke with a representative inquiring about cremation services for my wife and I. Name and phone number was taken both times and I was told I would be contacted. Have yet to hear from them - look elsewhere.! read more
