Tonight we shared smoked salmon dredged in sugar and salt, cleaned off, and prepared with light herbs, cucumber, seaweed, and lemon. For the main course I had a specialty, Quimper, a dish of beautifully prepared shrimp with Gnocchi. My husband had a mixed shell fish, mussels, saithe , sea shrimps, tiny roasted potatoes, and sea fruit. For dessert we had coconut pana cota with Martinique rum soaked raisins and pineapple. To drink we split a bottle of local wine. Per usual, our dinner was a very special experience. I highly recommend Le Poisson Rouge .
