I received a bouquet from my cousin in US, I was very happy 7 flowers only but I was very grateful, when I sent the picture to thank you and I did a video call I saw her face drop I was like what is wrong?? she goes it is not the same as the picture oh my god that is so embarrassing! and not for the price I paid! sorry cousin! It was a definite and absolute nightmare working with Elie at La Grace Des Fleurs for our wedding flowers. We went to him several months before the wedding and discussed exactly what we wanted. We made an agreement, and finalized all plans. A few months later we popped in to make our payments, and two weeks before the wedding we went in once more to confirm all our arrangements. The day before the wedding, we called to confirm the locations for bouquet and boutonniere drop-offs, and were told by Elie that he had no weddings planned for the day after.......... This was despite having paid everything in full AND going to see him a couple weeks before specifically to confirm. After saying this to him, he then said "oh..ok yes I guess I have you tomorrow".. The next day, our flowers came in, and they were hands down the worst arrangements in the entire history of flowers. My main bridal bouquet was SO huge that I couldn't physically hold it with one hand (and I don't have small hands for the record). The bouquet was also so sloppily done and was commented on negatively by everyone who saw me struggling with it. The rest of the bridesmaids bouquets were super tiny (not what we had discussed at all) and looked extremely cheap despite me having paid over $60 per unit. After expressing these concerns to our bridal hall, we were told that we shouldn't have made any contracts with this florist and that we were not the first couple to have had issues. I had discussed my flower arrangements for my wedding in great detail two to three times prior to my wedding. I sent him pictures of the arrangements for my bridal bouquet, and I showed him images of the bouquets I wanted for my maid of honour and all of my bridesmaids. I was incredibly disappointed, for on the day of my wedding my bouquet contained a very obvious blemish and the girls bouquets were all the same size and smaller than what we had discussed. I would not recommend this florist, for what was promised beforehand was not what arrived the day of my wedding. read more

A former colleague sent me flowers to congratulate me on a recent promotion. They were inflexible with the delivery time and ended up leaving the flowers with my neighbour! The tone on the different voicemails and phone conversations was not very cordial. read more

Terrible service!!! After ordering flowers for my grandmother's birthday, my credit card was mistakenly charged an additional $88 (unrelated to the actual order -different day and different amount). Mistakes do happen, BUT Elie (of La Grace Des Fleurs) refuses to issue a refund. After phoning 9 times over the past few weeks, Elie first insisted that I must have ordered twice, then that he doesn't have time to look into it, that he has no record of this charge therefore he can not refund...and repeatedly (and rudely) that I could call him back tomorrow...I've even emailed Elie my cc statement showing the mistaken charge and still haven't been issued a refund -no apology either. Is it incompetence or a misguided customer service philosophy? I will never deal with this company again. Not to mention -they delivered the actual order on the wrong day and several of the flowers were damaged upon arrival. Totally unacceptable! read more

what a joke ! never going back there again. i had went in person to have a special bouquet sent for my mom, anyways i get there and right off the bat the service is horrible not to mention the lady who served me by the name of suzanne was incredibly rude and cold. so i gave her a picture from which i got on the site, it was called goodness and light, and told her to have it sent on a specific day. so i had paid a total of 88.52$ thinking that this bouquet would be stunning. that evening i get to my moms and literally almost had a heart attack, it was the smallest arrangement i have ever seen ? not to mention the flowers were fully bloomed and half dying !!!!! if your gonna charge someone almost 90$ the least you can do is give them quality and not crap. i was better off going to costco. so whoever is looking to go to this flower shop unless you want to be completely ripped off then ya go for it if u want quality i suggest you look elsewhere.
