The counters and shelves are piled high with a near-infinite mountain of coffee beans, glossy chocolate drops, and artisanal bars. It feels like a friendly witch's cottage or a medieval apothecary. The magic is reinforced by a beautiful commitment to tradition: there is a complete absence of plastic. Everything lives safely in crinkly paper packages or giant glass jars, letting you peek at the treasures inside.
I didn't spot any phoenix tears, dragon blood, or pixie dust on this first trip. However, I am entirely convinced that once I become a familiar face and get invited into the secret back room, those rare curiosities will be offered to me. I am already considering to trade my soul for a lifetime supply.
The ordering counter sits outside, accompanied by a few tables and chairs where you can gorge on your chosen potions.
