Excuses aplenty, the BS is deep. SF has a bad problem with reaching out to customers then you get an email from SF directly telling you, your policy is canceled, isn't that why I have an agent?. They will lay the blame on you so get ready. If you ever need to lawyer up be persistent, do not give in. More lawyers on retainer than Agents or so it seems. They were very informative and nice. When I didn't understand something they explained it. Very nice people. I've been with Allstate over 10 years and so far it's been good. The one thing I didn't like that's all state in general is in the state of Colorado they don't give you a bundle discount but they would work with you and give you some type of discount.

They told me they didn't see anything on my record. They wrote me a policy. I cancelled my other policy who I was perfectly happy with, but State Farm was going to save me money. Weeks later I get a call from their office saying my policy is being cancelled for a suspended license. My license is not suspended. I send proof. They say sorry, we're not cancelling your policy. Weeks later I log into the website to find out when my next payment is due and I can't find a policy. So, I call the office again.Only then I learn, they DID cancel my policy - two weeks ago! And never let me know. Then they have the balls to try and sell me a new policy at $400/mo. Incompetent dicks. They can fuck off. Do not trust this agency. Bait and switch theives.
