Superb! Bar Sarmiento is a gem in Valladolid that you absolutely cannot miss. The Jabuguito and Miguelito are must-tries--simply incredible! We enjoyed them so much that we found ourselves coming back multiple times during our visit. Don't be shy--belly up to the bar and order the house specialties. The atmosphere is lively, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. And be sure to pair your food with some finely chilled wine; it elevates the experience even more.
