Barely…read more The ups: - very clean - recently built - mostly quiet - nice owners - nice location / view / area The downs - three big dogs in the flats across the entry - wifi is spotty at best and you have to enter the password over and over. - hotel (downhill from here) has clearly audible animation from 1130 am (Aqua Gym) to 1100 pm (disco music). Alternating there are quiet times but when they crank it up down there it's annoying up here. - to take out the trash you have to walk downhill for 5 minutes and then hike back up. Or you take the bags with you in the car when you go anyway. I don't like either option.
