El único problema que yo siempre he visto es que cuando les va muy bien, empiezan a cambiar las cosas y no para mejor. El servicio al consumidor era mas amable, ahora ni un hola mas un que quiere de forma molesta. Siempre les faltan cosas (como las pre pizzas de cebolla), solo hacen tortas por pedido(2-3 dias antes) y la selección de faturas ha disminuido. Aunque me gusta venir acá, hay otras opciones en la zona. This bakery used to be one of the best ones here, unfortunately when they are at their best, they tend to be their own enemy and do things so-so. Their customer service has decay, not even a hello more like a grumpy "what you want?", they always "run out" of product (they don't make enough for the demand, the minute they start to get tons of customers they lower their employees hours, I get the behind the scenes chisme since one of them knows me since I was a child), cakes are only made by request which you have to order 2-3 days in advance, their selection of pastries lacks in variety. There are so many bakeries in the area that this changes drives the customers to go somewhere else
