I stopped in for lunch today, and it was a delightful experience. The staff are also warm and welcoming, and the manager made sure to come over and say hello to me. I was there a bit early for lunch by Spanish standards, so I missed the mariachi band that was starting at 2:30 PM and plays every Saturday.
The spicy margarita was fresh and delicious and they offered chips and salsa before the meal with four different versions of salsa. They said that two of them were spicy and two non-spicy, but I would say none were spicy by American standards.
I had the crispy chicken taco, which was good. It is served with guacamole, lettuce, and on a fresh tortilla. I sat at the bar because I did not have a reservation, which meant that I was at the center of the action. A fun place for lunch! read more
