I tried the Pavlova ice cream and the Cookie Overdose Bubble waffle on a different occasion. In addition to that I tried the Key Lime Malteada and had a Caprese Bagel sandwich. Im usually not a Key Lime fan but this was different and amazing and I felt like it had literal pie chunks even though it was gelato... The Cookie Overdose almost reminded me of a crepe but sooooo good. Caprese Bagel sandwich did not disappoint me either. Highly recommend trying if you are around an Aldo's.

It is a fun touch and makes it look way better than your standard scoop. The guy working when we visited was friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. One thing to know going in though, eat it quickly. Because the flower petals stick out over your hand quite a bit, they melt fast in the Cancun heat and can get messy pretty quickly. Overall, really good gelato, lots of flavors, friendly service, and a cute presentation that makes it worth the stop.
