It smells like Mexico lol! Very clean, very tasty ice creams, paletas, and mangoneadas! Staff was very helpful and answered questions politely.

Great service, expect to be in line for a minute and ice cream definitely is a 10/10. Place is kept clean at all times. Although ice cream is delicious it is definitely pricey. I only visit when I am really craving their ferrero rocher ice cream, otherwise I'd be spending about $40 each visit.

we took this picture after we were helped. We got here at 8pm, we have been here so many time before we live around the corner and my kids love it. We tried order things and either they couldn't or they were not serving it at the time. Tried to order for example crepes and they didn't serve it because they already cleaned up the stuff and put it away and they close soon. They put the stuff away more than an hour before they closed. Like what really? I understand wanted to get home once you close but over an hour that's crazy! There were many things you couldn't order because it was put away. Very limited stuff you can get. Very disappointing

Mexican Ice cream shop, you are bound to find a "La Michoacana" in any Mexican-American communities in the US. It's the local place to go to for cold treats but also Mangonadas and crazy savory inventions like tostilocos: a bag of tostitos with cucumber, peanuts, chili powder, tamarind candy, chamoy, and lime juice. You can make your own combos like this, an exampe is jalapeno and nacho cheese dumped into a bag of flaming hot cheetohs. There is an amazing variety of ice cream flavors to choose from, hundreds of water based and milk based popsicles to hit your craving. We went for the mango water based and strawberry milk taste and I noted some unique flavors like soursop, ferrero rocher, blackberry, tamarind, and mint oreos. These were both OK, they tasted a bit watered down and thinned out. The main reason we came was for a smoothie. They can take any of their non-artificial flavored ice cream and turn them into a smoothie for you. You can also mix them how you want. We went for watermelon, mango, and strawberry on a warm day and it was great.

Pretty good elotes and manzanas con chamoy. Service is good, not too crazy of a wait like other places.

We did get lucky and got parking on the side street since someone right in front of us was leaving. The line does move quick though. They have 10 order stations. We got here 30 min before closing and were able to get our order in before they closed. The most popular item is the Joe Latti, which is vanilla ice cream with your choice of Italian ice flavor. We got to sample flavors before ordering as well. I ended up getting wild cherry and mango tango, which was a good combo. The mango was sweet, just the way I like it. My group all got a mix of flavors and everyone enjoyed their joe Latti as well. Customer service was great. They answered all our questions since it was our first time here. The place is always crowded, and there is limited seating and tables in front. We were lucky to get a table. There was also kids revving and speeding up and down the street, so just an FYI. It was really loud and distracting. I would go back here in a heartbeat over any place in sac.

Line was crazy long but it honestly moved super fast. Tried the peach mango flavor and cookie butter. Only small complaint was they only let us sample 4 flavors and the worker was a bit short with us. Figured just long day or something no big deal

I really appreciated how nice and helpful the workers were. The girl who helped us offered recommendations and let us sample a handful of flavors. Ultimately we decided to get a flight which included 4 flavors of kid sized scoops for $15. They had a "Brewed and Bold" offering as part of their seasonal menu so we decided to get the Black Sesame Cookies and Cream, Thai Tea Buttercrunch, Matchaberry Brownie, and their Hojicha Chip. The ice cream flavors were subtle but so delicious and refreshing. I can't wait to come back and try more of their flavors. Parking can be a bit tough depending on the time of day as it's in a busy plaza shared with other eateries, but thankfully we were able to snag a spot within a few minutes.

The ice cream here is honestly horrible. It is aggressively, tooth-achingly sweet--to the point where it feels like you're eating straight corn syrup. If you're looking for actual flavor, look elsewhere; this stuff just tastes like "diabetes in a cup." To make matters worse, the consistency is a mess. It melts way too fast, turning into a sugary soup before you can even get through half of it. I also made the mistake of buying a tub to take home once, only to realize the expiration date was incredibly soon. For the price they charge, you'd expect high-quality ingredients and a decent shelf life, but it just feels cheap and poorly made. Save your money and your health. I won't be coming back. PS. It's a blessing in disguise that they're currently closed because a car ran into their front store.

Was in the area this evening after a kids event and grabbed some Cauldron. Still fantastic! Made fresh, super creamy and delicious! My wife got the Puffle with Milk & Cereal flavor, enjoyed it a ton. We ordered three things; mint chocolate chip, rose, and milk and cereal. All with a bubble waffle cone. The service was disappointing, the guy who worked there seemed like he didn't care and it was just another job. No life to him and was just rude about asking the code for the bathroom. The mint and chip is basic. Nothing too much about it. My kids like it, so I got it. Average 3/5. The rose ice cream tasted like a rose, it was pretty good and very floral. The disappointing part is I was hoping the ice cream would be shaped like a rose as depicted on the picture. Nope, just a scoop and left it as is. 5/5 for taste and 0/5 for presentation. The milk and cereal one was actually pretty good. Especially with Frosted Flakes in it. It literally taste like cereal. 5/5. I would give it a higher star if the service complimented it and th presentation of the rose ice cream did.
