The sweet stuff was just ok. Would have liked both the chocolate croissant and the peach chocolate tart to be more chocolatey. My wife had the paris brest and almond croissant and thought they were average. My dark hot chocolate was a bit too milky. Overall though, a great spot for breakfast in Maria. Heard their lunches are also good too, so stop by if you're in the area.

Bostock was brioche with almonds. It was good: moist with a rich, good almond flavour. Triple chocolate cookie was good too: crisp with a rich crumb. Surprisingly for a boulangerie in a small town, they had bahn mi & tempeh.

The grilled steak sandwich was very good as was the latte. Unfortunately, despite it being a bakery, the chocolate croissant tasted like a day old one which was unfortunate. There is indoor and outdoor seating and a small parking lot next to the shop. Prices are pretty reasonable for what you get (sandwich wise), but the lattes were a bit expensive considering the size (paid for large which is $4 but it seemed more like a medium). All in all though I would recommend it and would go back if I was ever in the area.
