WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I am a nice person and I explained what I wanted to the guy doing my nails.. Turns out he doesn't know English. So when I asked I he could fix the French manicure so it wasn't covering 1/3 of my nail the owner (the only one who speaks English) told him to take off the polish and charge me for a manicure and ask me to leave. Then she walks away.. I was in shock. I was not being rude or uptight and she didn't have to act like that. Do yourself a favor and don't EVER go to this place. I ended up at JHM Gym and spa and I am not happy with the mean LA nail lady but I'm so glad I found the pleasant ladies at the other salon :) I even got the body wrap!!! read more
