The bučak was a sight to behold. 3 slice of pork belly like quadruple thick bacon that might give anyone a quadruple bypass. On the side was fresh grated horseradish and a dollop of mustard. The pork belly was so tender it melted in my mouth and the fat was just a smidgen crispy and not chewy. As you may have surmised that I have lived to tell the tale and did not drop dead at the table after eating 150 grams of pork. The food was great and service too. Sorry that the diners from across the border have a different opinion, although you are known for being uptight.
