I did independent design work for the owner, and the communication and professionalism were extremely disappointing. The owner routinely went long periods without responding, which dragged the project out far longer than necessary. Getting paid for the completed work took far longer than what was agreed upon, and I had to repeatedly follow up just to get the compensation I was owed. What concerned me most was the behavior once I started asking about overdue payment. Instead of resolving things professionally, the owner made inappropriate comments to me and about contacting another company I work with previously and threatened to share untrue negative claims about me. That type of behavior felt completely unprofessional and unnecessary. After I posted a previous review about my experience, the owner's wife contacted Yelp claiming there was a "conflict of interest," even though I was never an employee -- I simply provided them services as an independent contractor. Saying this is my first amendment right protected under the constitution of the United States for free speech. This was my honest experience, and I would encourage anyone considering using them in any capacity to be aware of the communication issues and the lack of professionalism I encountered.

I went to print 17 colored pages and only ended up with 10 sheets worth of what I wanted. Some of the pages were missing images or showed up as gray blocks. The owner even wanted to charge us for 2 completely blank papers. In addition to this, I was given the wrong amount of change, i should've gotten more than i received. Instead of understanding the situation, the owner proceeded to blame us for the printing errors and decided to lecture us about how no other printing place would let us off that easy. Pick any other printing shop as they will provide better service and you shouldnt even bother with this place.
