Came here for a quick bite on our first afternoon in Madrid. It's a regular cafe with seating outside (though it's right by an intersection and there's a lot of cars). Some of the outside seats are enclosed to be blocked from bad weather. Thankfully, the weather was beautiful for us! Be advised that the menu prices are higher if you sit outside - but I think this is the same for the majority of the cafes/restaurants in Madrid.
The waiter approached us quickly - it's not in a Central location and not many people speak English, so put your Spanish tongue to use! We ordered waters and bocadillos (french style bread sandwiches) with salami and ham. Nothing special but it filled us up for a few hours as we strolled through Parque de Retiro. read more
