The wait staff consisted of two people, who did everything from greet the guest, take the orders, partition the paella for us and eventually bid us farewell - all with the precision one might expect from such a fine restaurant. We had the "house" appetizer with delicious Iberico ham, white asparagus, smoked salmon on endive, pate, and a crab cake delight - AWESOME. We split the seafood paella and it was perfect. We capped the meal with flan, which I loved but my wife ... not so much. A complimentary liquor was the finishing touch. The staff was professionally and helpful with the wine selection... truly a delight to dine here.
