We really don't do fast food but I know the Five Guys location has gluten free fries. We did have to go through security to enter the store and that made us free a little safer. The place was absolutely packed. They had ordering kiosks that made ordering a little more convenient except our kiosk ran out of paper so we didn't get a receipt. We had to stand in line again to get a receipt which was annoying. The workers were actually very nice considering how crazy that location is. We did have to wait awhile to get the fries but they were hot and delicious. The restaurant was pretty much a wreck but the amount of volume they do is mind blowing. You know what to expect at Five Guys so that's definitely a bonus.

When we finally got our food, the order was completely wrong -- and I overheard the person in front of me complaining about the same issue. We ordered from fa kiosk but the cheeseburger was missing. We had to talk to two supervisor . managers who barely spoke English. However, it was pretty tough talking to them. Each one of their would walk off to speak to their boss and operations manager.and they struggled and went to go and get us help and basically away woth our receipts. Also with no idea what's going on. We finally got the cheeseburger but by then our food was cold :( Ambiance was mostly terrible on the inside because there were few drinks in our order Therw were 3 dining floors which h lll why this McDonald's is the largest restaurant in Europe. The tables weren't cleaned periodically by staff. Also disappointing is the floors were dirty from pieces of fries were closed off for an unknown task. What a bummer. .

THE FOOD ----------------…read more- Mango Smoothie - The French version is just not my cup of tea. Might be my least favorite mango smoothie everrrrr and that's saying something. Let's just say that it taste nothing like the ones served in the states. = KitKat McFlurry - The soft serve ice cream was decent, but the toppings were NOT KitKat. They looked like mini whoppers, but it was OK ... I guess. = Chocolate Sundae - Once again, decent soft serve ice cream, but they didn't give chocolate syrup, it was caramel, however it wasn't bad. + McPops - OK, we FINALLY have a winner here. DEFINITELY overpriced, but, basically, these are like munchkin donuts with fillings. THE SERVICE ------------------ + Employees were relatively friendly (for fast food service). Some were directing customers to open kiosks to order from. Ones at the counter were calling out order numbers in French and English. THE SURROUNDINGS ------------------------------- + Located a little bit further into the Disney Village past all of the restaurants. + 3 levels inside with indoor and balcony/outdoor seating on every level. Upper levels provide a nice view of the Disney Village. + There is even a glass elevator inside for accessibility. + LOTS and LOTS of kiosks to order from, but during busy hours, a long line will form.
