I…read morealways enjoy the fancy antiasti as "uova tartufate", "polpettine al sugo" and "involtini di scamorza e pancetta"!! I really love their "pappardelle al tartufo" and deeply recommend!! The pizzas are amazing huge, but no less high quality!! They have a well stocked winery where you can find the best of Italian wines! We had a very nice Chianti the last time! So if you're in Rome and want to visit the lovely borough of Nemi, treat yourself with a dinner in "Le colombe" and you'll surely be satisfied!!
