Got an acrylic fill. Won't be coming back here. Cut my cuticle and hurt at least 3 or 4. Shaping was bad, I liked my shape I came in with and left with some wonky. I'm not a super particular person so I'll live with it until I get them filled again in a few weeks (not here). Like the gel color I chose but it's not smooth, it's more textured than it should be. Maybe cause he did 3 layers of gel plus a clear top coat? Just not a fan. (In the photos u can see on my right hand the middle finger is shaped terribly). I came in with coffin shape and these look very uneven now. read more

She is great to talk to and will listen to exactly what you want. Ann's new place is about a mile away, so it's not too far out of the way for her excellent 5+ service. I've been a regular at LaPetite nails for a while, i love this place and won't go anywhere else! Ann, David, Tim and her crew does a great job. The salon is always comfortable, relaxing and clean. SNS gel nails was recently introduced and I gave it a try. It is an organic dipping powder, quick drying, odor free, lightweight and natural feel. It lasts just as long as shellac, however the best part- the removal process is less damaging to your nails and much quicker. SNS also helps your nail beds become stronger and healthier. My nails looked and felt amazing when David was done. I now prefer SNS over shellac. 2 weeks later and my nails STILL look shiny and great! I came here on the recommendation of a friend and I loved it! They did a great job on my nails and were very accommodating. It's a medium size salon in Front St and they offer a decent selection of colors. My recommendation would be to have some palettes showing the shellac colors because I was opening bottles to get a look. I ended up with an unexpected hot pink that I really like, but it wasn't what I came in for. The massage was really great, it wasn't just a 1-2-Bye quickie, but it was actually good and had some pressure! I was observing the ladies next to me getting pedicures, it seems like they do a nice job so I will be back! It was also great talking to Ann-the owner. I went in with a friend of mine to get mani/pedi's before she went off on vacation. She made a reservation ahead of time, so we had our spot on a busy afternoon. The shop is very small, so there are not a lot of people they can take on at the same time. The ladies are really nice and sweet and the shop seems clean and well taken care off. The service was a little slow, so you have to bring a little bit of time. I like it when you are not rushed through and kicked out with a half dry pedi, but I assume, it is not the place to go for a lunch hour quick mani/pedi. The prices were reasonable for the area and I keep them on the list when I'm close by again. read more

I hosted a baby shower here and the ladies were AMAZING! The space was cozy and intimate yet spacious and didn't have the strong chemical smell many nail salons have. They allowed me to bring in snacks and drinks and let us stay, socializing and opening gifts, long after our nails were done. They provided me with a clothed table and flowers, helped me bring in party supplies from the car and assisted in clean up. They were very accommodating, gracious and kind. This was the absolutely perfect spot for a relaxing pamper party for the mom-to-be and her friends. The shaping on my finger nails wasn't my favorite but to be fair, I didn't specify how I wanted them shaped because I was too busy socializing instead of paying attention as she did it. This review is long overdue. This happened a while back, but still stands out as a particularly BAD experience. This salon was dishonest with me. My husband surprised me with a pedicure for my birthday. Dropped me off here and had it all paid for. I was just supposed to relax and enjoy. Well, at the end of my pedicure the women pressured me to tip them. I didn't know how much the services cost and felt awkward. I tipped them and then went out to meet my husband at the car (so he didn't have to get my kids out to meet me.) When I told him how awkward it was for me to tip them on an unknown amount, he said... "WHAT?! They told you to tip them!" He had already given them a generous tip and they were instructed not to ask me for any more money. He hopped out of the car and went in to talk with them. They claimed that the manager had, "Left with the cashbox with all the money," and they couldn't give back the tip I had just given to them 3 minutes before. It was super shady and not okay. *At the time I was VISIBLY PREGNANT and it was MY BIRTHDAY!* So, these women essentially swindled me while I was expecting and on my birthday. So not okay. I booked a last minute mani pedi for the same day and they were super accommodating and prompt. Ann did a really wonderful job with my shellac nails. We chatted a little bit and I found out she's been in the business for a long, long time. I can tell she really cares about the salon and her customers, and strives to provide the best experience possible. A gentleman whose name I didn't get did my pedicure, and he was very gentle and thorough. The salon itself is bright and very clean. My favorite part was the quiet, relaxing atmosphere. At most salons in the Seattle area, I feel ignored as the manicurists talk amongst themselves and barely pay attention to me or their work. Not at La Petite Belle. Ann and I talked about how she hires people who are dedicated, detail-oriented, and focused. The amount of time and energy she puts into hiring and training quality staff must be huge, but I think the effort really shows. My only wish is that there were more higher quality polish options (like Deborah Lipman or Butter London). However, given the truly wonderful quality of service, this salon is now my go-to place to get my nails done. read more

It was just like any other nail salon I've been to over the years. My pedicure was great but the manicure was a different story. I got a Shellac manicure, which was given at the same time I received my pedicure so I couldn't really see my nails or what was happening. The instant I saw my nails I was shocked! The polish was uneven and all over my cuticles. I expressed my concerns to the owner and she offered to redo them for me herself. Her attempt was much better but still quite sub-par to all the other Shellac manicures I've had before. I didn't have time to have her take it off as I'd already been there for over two hours. Excellent service and pedicure! Came in and was seated in a massage chair quickly. The ladies are friendly and are happy to chat or leave you alone depending on what you prefer. The deluxe pedicure is amazing. A glass of wine in your hand you'll get scrubbed, moisturized, massaged, a wax treatment, hot stone massage and pretty paint on your toes. The best shellac manicure experience I've ever had and for only $25! The lady was very thorough and the manicure lasted an hour and 15 minutes. I was thinking I would be out of there in 30minutes and had to cancel my lunch plans. The ladies are super friendly as well. I live in Seattle, but work in Issaquah. I went here last summer. They were very nice and my fill was alright. It is out of my way, but decided to go again as I can't quite find who I'm looking for. I like my fill to be natural looking and rounded. I especially like french, colored or white, depends on my mood and the season. I tried them again because of the reviews. This was the 2nd worst fill I've ever had. It was thick, crooked, lumpy, and jagged around the cuticle. I had an appt, so it wasn't a walk in with out enough time. It was so awful that I went home and took a dremel to them. I had a pedi also, that was fine, nothing special. I would like to say that I had a new technician, but it was the owner, same tech that I had earlier in the year. For now, I'll continue going to my place, not exactly what I'm looking for in the fun design nails, but she does a Fantastic fill and shape. Look for another of my reviews to find her. read more

Great space, nice people, but the quality of my gel manicure and pedicure are saddening. Probably an ok place for a regular pedicure if you're ok with having messy edges. It will fix itself in the shower. But gel manicure and pedicure were problematic for me because the poor job on the edges will cause lifting and cause the manicure to need an update much earlier. Also, some disappointing points were a. Using hand lotion as a cuticle remover, b. No parrafin dip, c. No massage of hand and feet, d. No real foot exfoliation for more than 10 seconds, honestly I'm going to stop here because it will just be really negative. I hope they improve the service quality because they have a ton of potential! read more

$25 for a shellac manicure (and a good one at that!) - can't really beat that! The salon is quaint and clean and the ladies who work there are very sweet a well. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is the fact they only have 2 manicure stations. I called and made a reservation for myself and 2 friends (3 of us total) and was not informed on the phone, that given the lack of space, one of my friends would have to sit in one of the pedicure chairs behind us. The gal that did her nails was constantly having to get up to find the supplies she needed as they were not normally set up over there. However, despite this, my friend still received a very nice shellac manicure. Overall, great find for little old Issaquah! Plenty of parking, great service and a great price! read more

I literally am so sad I have to do a negative review because I believe one experience doesn't make a company and doesn't mean you will have the same experience, as everyone has off days! However after leaving this place I just felt like every aspect of my nail service was disappointing, I shared that I had concerns early on yet I kept getting told that they would get fixed and I kept saying my nails weren't even in length or shape. I eventually felt like it was pointless cause I was just going to have to accept the fact they wouldn't be what I wanted, which is a terrible feeling when you are suppose to be pampering yourself. I also left bleeding on 3 fingers and tho my color was great my polish was uneven and I paid full price for a fill of $30 at the end and left wanting to go somewhere else. I don't understand what the hype is all about this place. It's OK at best but I guess that's saying a lot compared to all the other horrible nail salons I've been to in Issaquah so far. The woman who did my nails got the shellac all on my cuticles so when I had to take it off my skin due to discomfort, it kind of ruined the nail polish on the sides. I wanted them to do a design but they immediately shut down my idea and suggested this ugly glitter polish. They didn't even want to try something similar which to me loses huge brownie points. I was initially pleased with my nails. However upon further inspection I've noticed they are far from well done. There are crookedly shaped ones, and the nail polish is super bubbly. One nail completely globbed up. The acrylics are too thin, so that they bend when you touch them. I've got clear polish all over my fingers. It's super sloppy work. I wasted thirty dollars. It only gets two stars because the ladies were nice and the atmosphere was good. My friends pedicure was pretty good though. Got my shellac mani and classic pedi and it was only $50! Will be back here on the regular. This place did an amazing job. I got a pedi and eyebrow wax. First off everyone that works there speaks English very well. There was no, "huh? What did u say" at all which I'm sure some of u can agree is a huge problem at some places. They took their time, didn't rush and made u feel worth their time. The massage was great. The eyebrow wax was great as well one of the best I've ever had. Will go again. It was 40 dollars for a pedi and eyebrow wax which is a fair price l. 25 for pedi and 15 for eyebrow which is a little higher than most places I've been to for a wax. Parking kind of sucks and they only have 3 chairs for pedi and two for mani so it's quit small. read more

Came here after work to get a fill in. It was around 6:25 so I know it was rather late, but they still agreed to take in a paying customer. Job seemed ok, and at the end as my nails were drying, a guy steps in and tries to speed up the process by painting on some kind of fast drying oil to get me out the door quicker. Few minutes later my polish formed bubbles. The next day, after the moisturizing cuticle oil has been washed off, reality of the job became apparent. Uneven application of the acrylic: over my cuticles and: one of my nails cracked due to over filing the acrylic. Why the entire nail is filed when I do a fill in.. I don't know. I came back that next day to express dissatisfaction of the thinness of my nails and overlapping acrylic over my cuticles. I also brought in a photo of the bubbling (since the job was hideous, I took off the nail polish) The response was, "I've been doing nails for decades, I never get complaints" Ok, but the proof of evidence is sitting right there in front of you and clearly the job was mediocre at best. After pointless talk of the owner defending her work, I get my nails re done. Then something odd happens. I get asked to pose my hands and she takes 2 pictures. She then proceeds to take a picture of my face- ALL WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I ask her why and tell her I didn't give her permission to do that. She replies back, "So I can keep track of my clients and when next time you come in, I will know" ??????????????????????After such move, there won't be a next time.????????? She then says if I delete my photo of their botched job, she will delete those 3 photos that she just took (without my permission) I know I told her I won't post any negative reviews, but this just didn't seem right. I checked out this place because they were nearby and had availability for a shellac mani and pedi. The pedicure left a lot to be desired. The technician barely scrubbed my feet. Even when she did, I'm not sure it made much of a difference; my soles are still as rough as when I went in. They used a nice leg scrub and lotion, though. My shellac manicure was very sloppy. They barely buffed or shaped my nails. The paint got onto my cuticles. I had to ask the technician a few times to touch up areas where the nail polish was uneven. I was far from satisfied, but for the price it wasn't worth complaining anymore. read more

LOVE...Capital "L" this little Issaquah nail salon on Front Street. Not sure whaI liked better -- the great manicure or the heavenly hand massage that made me want to fall asleep in the chair. Honestly, relaxation and pampering aside -- there are three things that I look for in a nail shop Clean, Clean and Clean. (I really appreciated that you could see the priority on fresh tools, sanitizing and care) I know the owner has a successful Bellevue location but I'm thrilled that she came a little futher east for us in Issaquah.
