As a vegetarian, dining in France can be challenging. I was so appreciate of Mozzato's very…read morevegetarian friendly menu. I was in Lyon for two nights and I loved Mozzato so much that I came here both nights. Their stratchiatella is phenomenal. Make sure you order it with a side of tomatoes and focaccia. The burrata, ricotta gnocchi, and ravioli are all delicious. I loved Mozzato and would highly recommend it.

Mon expérience était pourtant bonne, bien servie, terrasse agréable sur la rue Mercière très passante, bonne ombre une journée caniculaire... même la nourriture avait été bonne. Mais la surprise de fin a été assombrir cette expérience et je n'y retournerai plus juste pour ça.

However, even when I had a reservation, they put us in these bench booths in the front near the door and bar. It was terribly noisy and irritating, we couldn't even hear our guests speaking at dinner. For drinks they had no French wine, just Italian. For the meals, I ordered the pasta with butter and the meatballs. Both were cold and tasted terrible. The meatballs were bitter tasting and the pasta was too soft and plain tasting. The truffle pasta we ordered was a bit better, but not by much. Finally, no bread was provided for the meal. What kind of Italian restaurant doesn't provide a basket of bread? Especially a country that prides itself on great bread making! For service, the server was friendly but we barely saw her for the rest of the meal, she gave us very little attention. Needless to say, we will not return. Yes it has beautiful decor, but that's about it.

Suite à son déménagement début 2014 (après 9 mois dans un camion à pizzas et 2 ans et demi dans un petit local), Just Italian peut accueillir jusqu'à 60 personnes dans ses 2 salles à l'ambiance chic et tendance (ouverture d'une 3ème salle en 2015), et 70 personnes en terrasse au bord de la piscine. Just Italian c'est aussi une équipe soudée, jeune et souriante!!
