He finally shifted his stance over to where I was. I was sad to learn that this La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries store was closing. This store has been a staple at the southeast corner of Woodbine and Highway 7 for at least two decades. It's in a plaza, surrounded by an LCBO and a Longo's. I realize that you pronounce the name as Lazy Boy. However, being Canadian, I have grown up calling it Lay-zed Boy. I still say it to this day. I love La-Z-Boy recliners. When I had enough money to get one, I bought one on sale when I lived in Winnipeg. I worked rotating shift work. Sometimes, I would drift off to sleep watching television in that recliner, with my feet raised. It was so comfortable. It was the perfect place to take a nap and stretch out. It moved with me. It wasn't the lightest piece of furniture, but it was worth getting moving folks to move it for me. It lasted a good decade. It was a good recliner. I haven't had a recliner since. I really should. Now that this store is closing, perhaps it's time to rekindle my love for one. There is plenty of parking at this place. I've never had any issues parking here. I don't know whether all La-Z-Boy locations are closing or if it's just this one in Markham. My next closest location is in Scarborough. I am hoping that it is still kicking around. (219)

Almost all of the sofa series are customizable so you can build your dream U or L shaped furniture of your dreams. The associates are helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They have some great information pamphlets that you can take away with you that really talks about the details and customizable nature of the different sofa series. So don't feel pressured to buy the first time you are in the store.

I called and had a pleasant conversation with Susan, after which I sent a very detailed email about my project. Unfortunately, one month later, and I have heard nothing back from this company. I've followed up by email. I called yesterday and a pleasant woman told me Susan would call me back within the hour. I never received a phone call. I emailed the main business email...and radio silence. Interestingly, the person who referred me to Spaice received a thank you for their referral to me while I went completely unresponded to. For context, my project is on the small-to-medium size and my guess is that it was not of interest to Spaice. I would understand, but also would have appreciated some communication to that effect. Overall, very poor customer service. I can't say anything about their construction skills as I was unable to progress in the process, but I am weary of companies that ghost customers.

I also purchased two chrome faucets from them but the chrome finish has prematurely peeled off on both of them after normal use. I was very satisfied with the product immediately after the purchase, but the longevity of the product is mediocre. I tried contacting the company via their contact page to inquire on the possibility of purchasing replacement parts from them but I haven't heard back from the company. Since the quality of the products sold from Art Bathe is substandard and their customer service is absent, I recommend staying away from this company and their products.
