Server took a while to arrive to the table. He introduced himself and was polite (that's what got them the extra star) but his trips were limited and he kept forgetting things. You would asume that maybe cause it was a full restaurant, nope. There are no more than 10 tables being occupied and it appears that it's a fully staffed shift. But food was alright? Nope. Mediocrity in every aspect. Paid $300 pesos for a piece of meat that was not prepared well, rough, and no sides. Just look at the plate, a piece of steak with a few pieces of fried potato balls it's not worthy of it. Seriously, I hope that this is not a regular of Italiani's. I really do wish they would improve.

I went today to Olive Garden and to be honest I was expecting to be quite different from the…read morestates, surprisingly it was the same in everything, the portions of the food were good, unlimited refill on the soft drinks and unlimited salad and soup. The only thing I would say I was not completely satisfied with the service of the waiter, I felt like he was just doing one part of his job (just take the order and serve the food) after that he didn't care about us. In general, it was a really good. I recommend this place.

I was kind of skeptical because it's obviously a super popular place in the area and you need to wait a LONG time for a table, but my friends suggested it, so we tried it. They have a pretty decent drink menu, in my opinion the prices are very reasonable. The cocktails are a little on the sweet side, but again that is a cultural thing, everywhere is Monterrey the drinks are full of sugar. The menu has a little bit of everything: Wings, Burgers, Salads, Pasta etc. I had the veggie burger with fries and it was GREAT! I mean, my friends make fun of me because I am ridiculously pick with veggie burgers, but their homemade patty made with chickpeas really did the trick. The bread was artisan style and it had their logo on it (everything there is very well branded). My brother ordered the s'mores for the table, honestly, they are just novelty but everyone seem to like them. I really enjoyed everything there and I will absolutely go back.

We also ordered appetizers to share and we loved the boneless wings, cheese balls etc. I would highly recommend this place and i heard they are opening up an italian place as well.
