The sleeper, chocolate chip cookie dough with chocolate cake. Filled with cream and cookie bites in the center and topped with vanilla buttercream more cookie dough bites and mini chocolate chips. I always worry chocolate will be dry, not this cake. I know somebody will say that I am comparing, however I am not, I am just describing. The flavor reminded me of a hostess cupcake with the cream center on steroids. So much more flavor, the chocolate, cream, and then the cookie dough bites. Wow, just incredible. Someone has invested a lot into this. Yelp calls this a public market. I will elaborate and describe this as the first 2 floors being a food hall and the third floor being boutique shops with individual small businesses throughout the building (aka a market). My wife and I had Swiss mushroom burgers that were nicely grilled and weighed somewhere around a half pound. Additional toppings were available according to the posted menu but I kept it simple for the first visit. I am here for the week and may come back to try the berry bowl shop on the first floor and get a pullover I saw on the third floor.

Jaarsma's bakery will open in about a month. We went up the stairs and a food truck place now has a physical location and is open for breakfast. Two of us ordered breakfast bowls, and two had tacos. The third floor has alittle boutiques and shops. The mezzanine in between is available for small meetings or to sit. Free WiFi. Our breakfast bowls were fresh and tasty. The salsa was really good. We had bacon and eggs in it. We only wish they would've been served on a plate or in a tray. That would've made it easier to use the salsa and spread everything out. Our friends really enjoyed their tacos. There are big picnic tables, so you could have a lot of people gather and there are more tables at the back. The bar serves wine and liquor, but wasn't open in the morning of course. There was a cooler upstairs with canned sodas. I had one for two dollars. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. If you have a group, this is the place to go! Or bring a friend have a bite to eat and then go through the boutiques. They set up cute tables out front !
