I think I figured it out. If you sort the reviews by a new newest first, the most recent review is more than a year old. This is my attempt to perhaps help others looking for a good seafood restaurant in Cancun that is not a tourist trap. BTW, this again is in a residential area and the only way to park here is to utilize their valet parking, which was reasonably priced.
