If you dont act like a low-format-idiot-tourist (unfortunately there are a lot of german, english and scandinavian belly-guys with no shirts there on the streets...) and treat those guys with respect, they will know you from the second time you come in there! Parking: just turn right when you passed El Rincon, the next street again right.... no parking fees there! Salud!
