We both had pastas and I also had an iced tea. The place is really cute. It is authentic and you can very well tell from the decor and the bathroom too. There's the elevated area that's super beautiful and romantic. You can tell it's a popular place because it got packed. They even catered to big groups. A lot of families and couples come here. The people are very friendly and service is great. It can get a bit hard to find if you're looking on Yelp, but I was lucky enough to stumble upon it after some intense shopping. There's some seating areas outside, then you come across a little section in a mini hall into the restaurant. There's a bar to the left and a huge living space. Enjoy! I am craving some pasta!

I went for lunch with a new friend after a walking tour. We were offered seating outside, but had to sit in the sun...it was not fun eating while sweating and squinting! Prices are a bit steep, especially if you tack on drinks and appetizers. I went with one dish (spaghetto)...which is basically spaghetti as Americans know it. I thought it would be a "boring" dish since it was just pasta + tomato sauce, but the tomato sauce was REALLY good. Very fresh, and had a distinct, sweet, tangy flavor! I suppose I'd recommend the next tourist to come out here, perhaps when it's cooler and when the sun is setting. That should offer some extraordinary views!

They turn most of their tables at around 1900 to be ready for their dinner service. Our first waitress was amazing and the Aperol Spritzers + Pimms Cup + frozen drinks were equally amazing .. and the best we've had this trip. Our second waitress not so much: the level of attention dropped significantly after 1900. They bring out small plate of nibbles for you to share. Last note: I understand not wanting to split checks with credit cards, but not allowing people to pay for their own drinks using cash? Poor form. Gorgeous view of the city!

Apparently the owner is a rum lover too, as they have a great rum selection with 30 different rums available at decent prices including obvious choices like Zacapa (they have the outstanding XO too!) and Diplomatico as well as several not so well known rums. If you like rum, this is a must do in Cagliari - and if you come early, check out the liquor store next door as they have a great selection too if you want to bring something home with you.
