The automatic response the giggling lady told me was that there is nothing she could do, that she was just an employee. Then she pointed out that it was used and to the no exchange/ no refund policy. Legal warranties allow you to expect that the electronic device you are buying: - will serve the purpose for which it was bought; - will have a reasonable lifetime, given the price paid, the contract, and the conditions of use; - will not show hidden defects, that is, important defects that were present before the sale, that were not mentioned to you and that you could not have noticed, even if you were observant; - will conform to the description written in the contract and the advertising, and to the merchant's statements. You also benefit from the same conditions on a second-hand electronic device purchased from a merchant. In such cases, the fact that the electronic device is used and its wear at the time of purchase must be taken into consideration. Now, she called the owner 3 times and each time, giggling that there is nothing she can do. She told me that if there was a defect, they could fix it, so when I asked her to fix it, she again giggled and told me there was nothing she could do, that she was just an employee. Honestly, she didn't even seem to know how the tablet worked, it was on the home screen and all she did was repeatedly pressed the back button. Maybe this is a decent store for repairs but DO NOT BUY used devices, they will hide behind the no exchange/no refund policy, while smiling that there is nothing they can do. I got to speak 3 different representative each one had a different story, the worst one was the second guy I spoke to, saying they would sell me an iPhone 6 at a discount instead of them fixing what they did. I told them this is a spare phone I don't need a new phone it was my spare that I needed the battery changed that is all. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else. Oh and also the last message they told me was that there is always a risk in fixing phones that they could break it, funny I just needed the battery changed that's all. Why the hell did they not tell me that in the first place. Again go somewhere else people, with service like that you are better off breaking your phone on your own.

I got the phone home, opened the back and found the battery showed water damage. I returned it and was given another phone. So this time when I needed another phone, I thought of Ophone. Unfortunately, the screen protector they put on for free ended up being more costly in the end. I first noticed a minor crack at the bottom edge of the phone just after changing the phone case. Then a small crack appeared midway on the screen. After changing my phone case again, I noticed another minor crack on the top corner this time. When the protector was taken off he showed me that the crack was not the screen but was in fact on the protector. Phew. Okay. I was happy about that. However, he then offered to put a new protectoe on and I said no. He insisted, and I allowed him to proceed. Big mistake. The pressure from putting on and removing the new protector caused a crack down the screen for real this time. When I showed him the now cracked screen he denied causing it after just showing me that there was no crack on the screen. Needless to say I will not be a repeat customer. I was told that this was a "demo phone" which I assumed meant it was in nearly new condition, but I believe it was actually a refurbished phone. I would also caution about those screen protectors...my previous 2phone did not have one and lasted me over three years without damage. This one lasted a little over a month with a "screen protector" that did not protect my screen at all. #BuyerBeware

D'abord, le système fonctionne à la minute. On te demande combien tu veux déposer sur ton compte d'impression. J'ai choisi 5 $, pensant que ce serait suffisant. Le temps de chercher mon document, environ 2,50 $ s'est envolé -- à 0,35 $ la minute, sans que je n'aie encore rien imprimé. Puis, au moment d'imprimer, je découvre que l'impression coûte 3 $, mais il ne me reste déjà plus assez de fonds. Il faut donc quitter la session, redéposer de l'argent, puis recommencer le processus. Et le comble : quand j'ai voulu demander de l'aide à un employé, on m'a dit que je devais payer 7 $ pour avoir de l'assistance. Sérieusement ? On paie déjà pour utiliser les machines, et maintenant on doit aussi payer pour que les employés fassent leur travail ? Qui les paie alors ? Nous ou la compagnie ?
