Some of the best pizza I have ever eaten! I wish I could remember the name of this pie as it was a masterpiece! The dough was stretched super thin in the middle so the edges puffed up thick and crisp. The center was paper thin and a bit soggy from the sauce and toppings. The peppers were not spicy but added a pickled yum to the salami and anchovies saltiness. Just enough cheese and sauce and a few big black olives to finish it up. This was awesome and I ate the whole thing, twice! Some people (especially Americans) don't understand this style and might complain to not just cut a V and pick it up.
