Mediocre service. I've come to this very restaurant over 5 years, the first year was spectacular, great service with a personal touch, no mass production and, most importantly, good food. In the following years you could say it went south. Dirty plates, a lot of dirty plates. Before the main course you always get a plate for pasta etc. getting a clean plate is as rare as finding a golden nugget. Now we're talking hygiene I might as well elaborate. The inside seating is dirty, it sticks to your clothing, rather disgusting. Not coming back. The actual food, if you get the right dish, is not that bad. While reading my review, keep in mind that those are my experiences. I might experience them differently than you do. read more

We are from the US and travelling the South of Spain. Finding restaurants with English menus online so we can check ahead of time if they work for our palates and budgets has been difficult. When we came across La Tagliatella on Yelp, it ticked all the boxes. But driving into Roses, we lost track of the directions since we weren't using GPS, and gave up finding it. So we were delighted when we stumbled into it! We shared a pizza for an appetizer, and while the crust was not as crispy as we are used to in the US, it was still delicious. I had the trio (lasagna, beef canolli and ravioli) and while it was all good, the beef canolli was FABULOUS! There was an English menu, English speaking staff, and they were patient with us.
