We sat on the patio outside which was perfect. Our server, Angelica was amazing super sweet, kind, and patient we loved her! We started off with some chips and salsa which was okay. I was super hungry so i ate it but the salsa kinda tasted like spaghetti sauce. Not my fave at all. But the chips were good. We ordered the margarita flight which was very ok. The smaller portions made the flavors feel so much more concentrated. Pretty underwhelming bc all i could taste was how sweet it all was and just a hint of tequila. Definitely better off ordering a regular drink next time. But it was super cute and exciting how the flight came with the sparklers! For dinner we ordered this huge taco platter which was an absolute dream come true. It came with 12 tacos and your choice of meat. We picked chicken, al pastor and carne asada! For my birthday forget a cake i want this taco platter! The vibes, music, staff were great as well as the tacos. Idk if it was the bartender for the night but the marg flight was not it and that salsa could've been better but I'd definitely go back especially for happy hour which i see they have all day every Sunday and certain hours during the week.

The order comes out and is steak, chicken and shrimp so I tell them that we didn't order chicken. They come back two minutes later with the same fajitas without the chicken on the plate -- clearly they had just scraped the chicken off and didn't add anything to the plate but rather just covered the space up with grilled veggies. The fajitas for two had 5 shrimp on it for $46...what a freaking joke.

His service was smooth and efficient, which made the meal more enjoyable. The Mexican restaurant itself was very good overall. The food tasted fresh. My husband asked for some cilantro. Our server brought out a small container of it (see picture) and never said a word about there being a charge. When the bill came, we noticed we were charged $0.99 for it. Let me be clear: I do NOT care about the $0.99. What I care about is basic honesty and transparency. If you're going to charge customers for something, tell them ahead of time. When Lupe (who was not even our server) came to grab our credit card, I politely asked about it. Instead of simply acknowledging that it should have been mentioned, she immediately became argumentative and said there's a charge for everything. That completely missed the point. I repeated that my issue is not the charge -- it's the fact that nobody told us beforehand. She continued arguing with me, insisting that it didn't come with my original plate so there's a charge. AGAIN, that is not the point. The point is no one told us there would be a charge until the bill showed up. What should have been a simple "I'm sorry, we should have mentioned that" turned into an unnecessary argument with a rude employee who clearly didn't care about the customer experience. It's not about $0.99. It's about terrible communication and even worse customer service. That interaction completely ruined the meal for us. Horrible way to treat customers. We will NOT be coming back and I definitely do NOT recommend this place.

Have you ever accidentally shown up at the wrong time (too early) for a party? That's what it felt…read morelike, when we stopped by for lunch on a Friday. It was open for business, but there was only one other group of two in there with us-and only one server-who was also the bartender. It was a little odd. I'm sure this place is popping at night. Our server (who was chatty at the end-businesslike before) told us there's karaoke on Friday nights and a DJ on Saturdays. I'll definitely bring the friends back for that. The drink menu is large-it would be a fun night spot. I'm just not sure I'd come back for a weekday lunch. That's not the food's fault, though. I had chicken enchiladas verde (very nice) with some of the best Mexican rice I've ever had. The margarita was also good. You can tell this restaurant has been around awhile-there are echoes of genres past, with different decor still lingering (the lighting, for example). But I love the murals outside, the bar surrounds, the signage by the stage area and the other Mexican touches. I also really like the vintage windows-it's a nice nod to the past. And it's spotless in here-so clean-with lots of tables. I also thought the prices were fair. I hope they thrive!

We did not know that walking in. They all looked at us like what are you doing here? My husband even said is this a restaurant? So we asked for a menu - which is a QR code. Yes- they have food. We decided to sit at the bar and at least have a drink. It was early so no a lot of people. Everyone seemed confused as to how things worked. Most employees spoke Spanish and we do not. A bartender did speak English. He asked what we wanted and took our drink order. He was nice. We did end up getting food. Chips and salsa=$10! Other items were priced fairly. We asked for water and he claimed they only had bottles of still water=$4.50. But we saw someone else get a glass with ice/water at another table. Also be warned there is a "service fee" of 15% (for what I have no idea) and if you use a credit card 3% card fee. We searched on line to see what people said about this place and some other reviews on Google said they charge $10 to get in although we were not charged anything to come in. In the end the food was pretty good. Bottom line- this is a nightclub with an identity problem as they are trying to serve food as well and it just does not have a restaurant or bar&grill feel to it. We won't be back as not our scene, but also wish them well with the clients they really are trying to attract.
