My mom and I ordered a bocadillo with meat and chorizo and with Spanish ham and tomato, and some patatas bravas and everything was pretty good. The couples to the right and left of us both had anchovies and then finished with paella with seafood. I asked one couple that was on the ship with us how she liked her paella and she kind of gave me the "it's OK" hand gesture.

We chose the table closest to the stairs, and therefore, the most obvious to the waiters...that was pretty pointless because it took the 4 waiters around, 32 MINUTES to even come over and bring a menu. There were about 4 other tables being helped regularly, and they were getting a big table ready, but that's NO excuse to ignore a table. Once they FINALLY brought over the menus, it took them another 15 minutes to come back and ask what we wanted to drink. THEN another 36 minutes to ask what we wanted, AND 40 minutes to bring the dinner. Meanwhile, the head waitress and a waiter were at the next table, chatting it up like they had no business going on. I got the pasta and it was overboiled and since it was filled pasta, the filling was super hard. The sauce was bland and kind of gross. My mom had salmon filled medallions and she said the fish was fresh and her dish wasn't bad. But we both agreed the service was beyond horrible...we probably could have walked out at any given time and nobody would have noticed. We should have dined and dash... HORRIBLE.
