These delicious, light and airy pockets of perfection are the new standard for me. We had one of each flavor, and while they were all incredible, the carne criolla one was my favorite. We also had a delicious bowl of samorejo, a creamy, cold tomato soup with tiny pieces of jamon and delicate slices of hard boiled egg. First time for me, but I am a convert.
