At the end I decided to try the cactus with panela, super authentic and yummy, definitely a must try! As far as drinks they have a couple of beers and aguas frescas. I had the lima flavored one and I loved it. How it works, well you get your order just the taco and the meat and then you go to a vegetable/sauce buffet to put your toppings.
