But this was for good reason - the place was packed 20 minutes later. Plan was to have a light dinner but it proved hard to resist ordering the mixed fish tartare - five delicious varieties of fish that led to one of those moments where the subtle flavours and mixture of textures carry you to a different world. For a main I had salt coated seabass. This was expertly cut up and served by our waitress. Delicious. Delicious enough to make us order dessert.
