I could have selected anything off the menu for breakfast as everything looked appealing. The ambiance added to the experience as energetic coffee shop vibes meet eclectic decor and a playlist provoking one to sway and smile. I opted for the Maia - Brie cheese, Bacon, Sliced Tomato, Avocado, greens, and homemade Hollandaise sauce on house-baked brioche. Not a crumb was left. A delightful departure from the tapas scene here in Sevilla.
