I just so happened to be lurking the Baggu Reddit where I was linked to the Drooz + Company site and lo and behold there was my BAG!!!! Checkout online was super-duper easy and I was able to secure my bag within minutes! Not even a minute after checking out, I got a text from the store asking if it was a gift purchase and if I'd like it to be gift wrapped, as well as double checking that my shipping address was correct since it was different from my billing. The thing that stands out to me the most about this shop is the quick, efficient and genuine interaction I've had with the staff. Super friendly and quick!
