We had a very small group of kids and parents and it was perfect for us. You know what the suggestion is for party guests: kid's age +1. 6 was perfect for us. But they can accommodate a lot more- 25 I think. It costs as much as pump it up but you get a private space, set up and clean up, and the place is cleaner than clean. The indoor wedding chapel is bright and can hold many guests for even the largest of families. The site is beautifully maintained, with large oak trees & green grass, so it is easy to capture your picture-perfect moments. The reception hall has tall ceilings with an outdoor patio so it is spacious and airy. The staff here is so accommodating and everything ran so smoothly. We had a great time at this memorable venue!

The venue was not clean, and we encountered what appeared to be a roach infestation. We were also told we could not use the sink because the venue did not have a grease trap. The bartender's behavior was very unprofessional, and I was concerned that they appeared to be under the influence while working. Additionally, the glass entrance door was covered in fingerprints and had clearly not been properly cleaned. For a wedding venue, cleanliness, professionalism, and proper facilities are extremely important. Unfortunately, this venue did not meet the standards I would expect for an event of this importance.

We never felt welcomed, and I will never forget walking in less than a week before my wedding (because my wedding planner changed a week before) and being scanned up and down by my old wedding planner and the management as I said hi and smiled to them, and didn't get a single response or smile in return as a walked by with my new wedding planner who was provided by Ashton Gardens. It is now November, and they still struggle with communication of whether a clothes steamer was left there. It's been over a month since I have reached out, I have reached out three times to a personal number and no response. Just about sums up the communication with said wedding planner for 14 months. The day of was a disaster and yelp would not let me type everything out because it was 'too negative'... when it was the order of events and how many things went wrong. Don't recommend.
