As with grocery shopping anywhere in Mexico, I´ve found to never expect to find the same thing there twice. If you see something you haven´t seen before, buy it, because you might not see it again. Things of interest that I´ve found here from time to time are: chocolate chips, white chocolate, Fage greek yogurt, Russet baking potatoes, cow´s milk feta., Puffins cereal.

The store is kept clean and the staff is friendly. I really like the bakery here. The breads are very good and fresh and the pastries are quite good and very inexpensive. I like this place as it's right by the park in Condesa. It's a very unique place but one that you can find in Condesa easily. I would go back for nuts, seeds, and maybe soap next time when I'm there. There was tofu, veggies, tortillas, salsas, drinks, almond milk and so many fantastic vegan options in the frozen/refrigerated section. The prices weren't high compared to similar stores back home - but definitely more expensive than what you'd pay for in local produce markets for conventionally grown produce. Great place to stock up!
