Nice, natural and tasty soup that wasn't too salty, nor too rich. I paired mine up with a nuts bun sandwich with gruyère and the Swiss dried beef, a thinner, tastier and healthier version of the US beef jerky. We both went for a sweet touch with a nut scone that turned out to be a little more of a biscotti and I had the meringue tangerine tart. Delicious!
