If I could give this place a ZERO STAR I WOULD. Ordered a boxed arrangement for a baby boy welcome and told the lady over the phone I wanted what was shown online. And she told me okay I can do that, but if I can't find a blue bear can I put a different color and I said sure just put blue flowers if it's a different color bear. She said no problem I will do that. My friend sent us a picture of the arrangement and it is NOTHING like the online photo I requested. She put all hydrangea and green. BARELY ANY ROSES. To be exact, 12 roses only when the photo online is all roses. Contacted her and told her you didn't do what I asked for and her response was "well I didn't have blue roses" IF YOU CANT DO BLUE ROSES YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO TELL YOUR CUSTOMER. Not deliver something that was not wanted. Very embarrassing and horrible customer service. NEVER ORDER FROM THERE THEY ARE A SCAM! I was really excited to order from this place after searching through every page on Bloomnation. I found the perfect centerpiece to send a friend who's 18 year old son unexpectedly passed in his sleep. She went to wake him up in the morning and he never woke up. I wanted to be sure I sent something elegant & special. The centerpiece BLOOMNATION.COM SUBSTITUTED WAS UGLY, CHEAP, WRONG COLORS and YELLOW GERBERA daisies for what was to be pink, orange, lavender and white. Embarrassing! I could not be more mortified by how bad this was that I am posting pics on Yelp. GO ELSEWHERE FOR THE MONEY. I spent $100 to be embarrassed by such an unmatched and cheap selection that does not reflect the occasion, recipient's taste, or my caliber of what I would ever send anyone. I ordered pure roses in the centerpiece of pinks, oranges, lavender and creams. This is NOT what was sent. Instead, I wrote the owner and told her in the future I would recommend she calls the customer if she is out of the flowers and COLOR SCHEME to at least offer the opportunity to see them by text and collaborate with notice in time for delivery date selected. I'm sure she will chime in and talk about how we are dealing with a pandemic crisis. I am sympathetic to that but my point is that if the arrangement is going to be so far from the picture... CALL THE CUSTOMER AND SHARE THE CHANGE/TEXT the substitution to prevent confusion. Gerberas are CHEAP FILLERS, and do not cost what roses cost. I expected to see little rose buds as the picture and elegant sage ribbon. Instead, less roses, no buds, and mint green unmatching ribbon. No sticker on the container as the picture shows... BLANK LESSON: Every once in a while there may be changes due to circumstances, but this was not even of the same caliber for $100. Additionally, they left it on the doorstep and never rang the doorbell to let the recipient know the arrangement was sitting outside. Someone could've stolen it and I would have had to start all over to send something during such a somber occasion. Do the right thing Lazzati and call your customers to discuss things before sending drastically different arrangements. read more

Absolutely GORGEOUS arrangement that exceeded my expectations! When my grandmother didn't answer the door for delivery due to COVID, the shop called me to let me know that they would leave the flowers just outside her door in a secure building so that she could retrieve them as soon as the delivery person left. This is the second arrangement I have ordered and they are always delivered on time and consistent with (and actually better than) the online photos. Flowers ordered were quite different from the website picture in color and contrast. Covid was mentioned as the reasoning however there was no price adjustment. This was a premium order and it was the most expensive price tier. Everyone is impacted by covid and what we pay for a flower should closely match the picture, and if a florist is unable to, the customer should be given a chance to pick another arrangement or cancel order. read more

I love this flower shop! It's so upscale, and the prices are so reasonable! I came there today to get a dozen white roses for my mom's 40th day of prayer after her death. I've never been to this florist before, but decided to give it a try since it was near to where we were going to have our prayer celebration. We gave the florist our vase, and Tina created the most beautiful flower arrangement of fresh white roses! I was just so amazed when I saw it!
