Each "pod" has a nice comfy chair for the patient, and extra chair for your support person, flat screen TV and a beautiful park setting view. My nurse, Mary, is a breath of fresh air. She makes me feel right at home. The infusion process is quick but not rushed or hectic. I never feel like a number. A beautiful, warm and upbeat experience throughout. So glad I found this gem and will be coming here from now on.

I was not excited to have a new urgent care right down the road from me. I was a fool! My child was sick for days until it got to the point the pain was too much. So we went to this business. Every single employee was kind and caring. It turned out my child had mono. The doctor explained it so well, to not push recovery because it will cause setbacks. They gave an initial doctor's note to cover my child's absences until she could see her regular doctor. Now the regular doctor was busy so we saw a nurse who decided my child was cured of mono in one week and did not need to ease back into their normal schedule. This was unacceptable and then she intercepted my message to the actual primary physician. So I was left with two doctor's notes that did not cover any future time. I was not going to push my sick kid into getting even sicker because a nurse was on a power trip and cavalier about their health. I went back to this urgent care as a last ditch effort to see if they could help with a longer doctor's note for school. The entire team had an impromptu meeting about how to address the situation. They gave me another note, and I didn't even need to spend the time and money on a second appointment! They saved me from a possible truancy issue and gave my child the best care possible. They go above and beyond, and I will always be grateful they helped us so much. Mono recovery went well after that. Thank you and I can't recommend you enough!

Got there at 6:10, aware they close at 7, waited for a few minutes in the lobby since the woman at the front desk said she would get to us in a bit. Another employee walked out and looked at us before looking at the secretary and saying that they weren't taking any more walk in's, and then secretary repeated it to us, and then went silent. We asked where else we could go and they provided no info before the lady who was waiting in front us gave us any advice. The second employee looked at us and said that we had to get there before 7 to receive any care. Mind you it was 6:20. She then said we had to make an appointment for any kind of care during that time. Like sure let me schedule my accidental slicing for a more appropriate and convenient time for everyone. No other words were said, everyone dispersed. I forgot to mention the parking and lobby were completely empty except for one woman. I understand that it gets busy, I work in healthcare myself. But girl, this was just straight up terrible and we had to drive 20 minutes to a different location. To tell us we had to be there before 7 as we were there WELL before 7? No service received, rude and unfriendly staff, thank goodness nobody gets hurt at night or this place might have to stay open. Don't waste your time if you're looking for actual help.

Phlebotomist was snotty. Prior trips arrived at 7 to schedule appt. Started to register was told by receptionist that the sign was there for acreadon, we don't open until 7. It was now 7:20. Told me not to register it would screw up whole system. Wait a minute, am I the one that didn't come to work on time? Never again at this location. ​
