Horrible experience walking into this office. My aunt can hardly walk and it's very difficult for her to leave the house. They could've simply squeezed her in for bloodwork to be done but the receptionist was very snobbing and said no she had to make an appointment. I'm surprised w/ the low review score because I had a great time w/ my appointment! They're really precise on appointments I didn't really have to wait long maybe 5 minutes once I arrived and checked in. They have a little monitor w/ the appointments on it so you can see when you're coming up. The ladies in the front and the one that took my blood were really nice and personable. The location is close to me since I'm from Yorba Linda and go by this area often anyways since I made an appointment at my barber which is close by after. All in all once I checked in walking into the building, checked in at the front desk, then doing the blood test, and using the restroom I was probably in and out in 15 minutes tops I'm not even kidding. What a precise and convenient place. If I ever had to get services like this again I'll be coming back! read more

The man that drew my daughter's blood was an older Asian gentleman and he was really patient in making sure to find my daughter's difficult veins so that he doesn't poke her more than once. As someone who has worked in the medical field for over 15 years, I will never understand why the check-in process and the service provided by your front desk staff is, frankly, unacceptable. Advising an 80-year-old patient--who clearly has a language barrier--to check in using a tablet is not only unreasonable but also inconsiderate. I recognize that your waiting area has limited space; however, the current process makes little sense. Patients are asked to check in, then wait outside in the hall, and when asked if staff would come out and call patients, the response was no. Please explain how a patient is expected to know when it is their turn under these circumstances. For an organization of your size and reputation, I expect better. Many of your patients, especially elderly ones, cannot advocate for themselves. The lack of support, compassion, and appropriate communication from the front desk staff is concerning and does not reflect the standard of care that patients deserve. I strongly urge you to review this process and implement improvements that prioritize patient safety, dignity, and accessibility. read more

I'm really disappointed that my hospital Providence changed their labs. Their new lab partner is now Labcorp. I came here the other day for some lab work and was informed my insurance only covers a smaller % than I had thought, which is news to me. I asked the front desk person to let me know what everything would cost (was getting multiple tests done) so I'd at least know what my share would be. Don't want to go in blind and be surprised with a huge bill later. Well, the girl was not helpful at all. Kinda gave me an attitude when I asked if she could look up the prices. She was like "There's thousands of tests, I don't have them memorized." Sis, calm down. Nobody expects you to memorize anything. I said, "No, I'm only asking if you could look up the prices so at least I'll know how much I'll be responsible for." She couldn't even bother doing that. I ended up leaving without getting my labs done. This place needs to train their staff better at accessing information as well as patient service skills. Also, the check-in tablet could not even scan my driver license to check in, forcing me to check-in manually, filling out my info even though I already did all this when I made an appointment online. Their hours say "We're open until 3:30PM", but in reality it's more like "We're open until we feel like going home early". I drove over there today to drop off. It literally would have been me walking in, setting it down on the counter, and walking out -- 60 seconds, tops. Simple, right? Well, unfortunately I couldn't complete even this simple task because when I arrived at 3:22PM Lapcorp's doors were locked. I knocked repeatedly, but nobody answered. I called the phone number and was put on hold...and then hung up on. You suck, Lapcorp! Update: So I drove over there again today, and AGAIN they were closed during their listed business hours! I got there at 3:15 PM and the doors were locked. There were two other angry patients outside in the same predicament as me, wondering why Lapcorp had decided to clock out early. read more

Visited this location to drop off a specimen. They forgot to write my name on the container so i had to do it again. Super inconvenient. How hard is it to write down a name on a cup?!? This place is not good. If you can visit another location hopefully they don't make the same mistake. Incompetent is the word that comes to mind. The office was clean tho. Would give 0 stars if I could. Had to come to this location since the other one in la Palma in Anaheim was closed. One of the ladies in the front was extremely rude to a patient. They then alternated girls. The 2nd one gave attitude and was being very rude to the woman same women asking questions. The girl in the front desk was refusing to give her name and claimed that she wasn't yelling at the patient and her tone of voice is how she normally talked. Worst lab experience ever. I waited outside the door for 30 minutes while the staff was at lunch, with no sign posted that they weren't taking walk-ins for the rest of the day. Very unprofessional, especially since they only had two people working -- which is ridiculous for a lab. When they finally returned, the staff had an attitude, particularly one named Lizette. She did mention that her supervisor was already aware, but that doesn't excuse the poor treatment and lack of communication. read more

I regret coming to this place. Right when walking in you can sense the entitlement the office staff has. Very rude front staff. Won't be coming back to this one again. You can improve by getting different and better trained staff. What is the purpose of the appointments if they don't call you at your appointment time but chit chat about previous patients. Pros: Clean, quick, and not busy after lunch time Cons: MONICA!!! Man she is an awful phlebotomist! I told her where to draw from on my arm (cause I know where my good veins are) and she immediately poked me in a different place, resulting in low blood flow (I told her wrong place). She was condescending, and rude. She refused to draw the rest of my vials. I asked her if she was okay and it was ok if she is having a bad day, she made rude remarks toward me. She left the room. Cynthia, finished my lab work.... And she was amazing, drew exactly where I wanted, and was so kind to me! I will only ask for Cynthia to do my blood work if I ever go back!
