The wait for our walk-in visit was almost an hour, as there was only one lab person there at the time...A second person arrived at about 8:00 A.M....They did not mix calling patients with appointments and the walk-ins...As a walk-in, it seems unreasonable to wait an hour, irrespective of not having an appointment...2. At one point one of the two lab people said "I would never walk-in to a LabCorps", plenty loud enough for everyone in waiting area to hear...Once finally called to the desk, the service from there on was fine...Efficiency was not on the LabCorps agenda today...
