I got there and checked in and after a few minutes the lady called me to the desk and asked for my ID and paperwork so I handed her my drivers license then handed her my appointment confirmation paper and a form from my school, both of which she immediately tossed in the trash. Then she said "that's not the paperwork I'm looking for." Incredibly rude.
