As I sit here in the waiting room after having vials upon vials of blood drawn from my two arms, I have to give credit where credit is due. I must admit I was a little reluctant to come to this location given that it's in Hialeah and my Spanish at times is not the best but I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service provided by the staff here. Yes, it's crowded; yes, it's not the cleanest; and yes, parking is a bit of a mission. However, they were very gentle when inserting the needles and repeatedly asked me if I was feeling okay. Maybe I always have very low expectations when it comes to these kinds of experiences but they were really nice all things considered. Nobody likes to have to do this shit. NOBODY. Arlene brought me in a special room where I could lay down and she must have used a small needle because I didn't even feel it. After going there on Saturday, May 26, I have decided these people work for the devil. I was treated so poorly, it made my blood pressure go up. I showed up 10 minutes prior to closing and the door was locked. So what did I do? I went through the back door, which was not locked. At that moment, the front desk woman started getting aggressive in a rude manner with me saying "what do you think you're doing? what is this? who do you think you are?" which is rude, rude, rude, and uncalled for, no matter what! A simple "ma'am, I am sorry, we are closed, please come back" would have sufficed. Oh, and she wasn't silent about it, she yelled it out loud for all to hear and embarrass me, to the point everyone in the waiting room looked up, and a nurse and doctor in a white robe (?) came on over to join in her "outrage" at seeing me there. They said they were closed and I must leave. I said "you close at 12. It is not 12, you are not closed" and they said they close based on the company clock...which they pointed to, and it said ELEVEN FIFTY FIVE at that point, NOT twelve! These people are not only rude but obviously, lazy if they are closing early. I wish I could somehow report them to corporate. When I worked in retail, if we tried closing early and someone called us out about it, we would take care of that person because we did not want to get reported, nor was it good customer service. Gone are those days, I suppose. Anyhow, they attempted to escort me like a criminal, and I let myself free and slammed the door so hard, I heard a painting drop off the wall. They are lucky I didn't also throw something at them because at that point, I was beyond furious after driving 10+ miles for nothing! I am never coming back to this location again. As my husband said, these people ARE the devil, and he had a bad feeling they would do this to me and advised me to calm down before I went in, but nothing could have prepared me for their incredibly rude behavior, in addition to kicking me out. I have heard bad things about Labcorp before and their evil ways but unfortunately, thanks to my insurance company, I am stuck with them. I will be going to the NMB location this Saturday, and hopefully, the people there will have some manners, but either way, I will post a review. DO NOT go here, I am wondering if the staff from last time was replaced, because, as you can see, my experience was very different this time. I have been here twice already, and both times I had a horrible experience with the nurse, they treat your harm to get blood like animals, they always left bruises in my harm. They're not gentle at all, they take that needle out like they hate you! I have been taking blood text for my pregnancy in my doctors office, and that never happened before. First off you have to pay $4+ for parking. Secondly, I suggest you speak Spanish if you go here. Not sure how the people who work there don't have basic English. Went here for routine blood work. Owed about $300 to lab corp which I will pay off slowly. Front desk girl tells me I need to pay $150 of the 300 to be seen. No problem. Give her my card and ask if she will only be charging the $150, she says yes and I got my tests done. A few days later, I see that I'm charged $400++ and double charged. Called LabCorp and they wouldn't give me back my money and asked me what the big deal was since I owed them $300 anyway and clearly have enough money in my account to pay the bill. I can pay my bill in full if I want and I chose not to and that's none of their business!!! I threatened to call my bank for fraud and that's the only way they refunded me. Ridiculous! read more

She told me that I had to pay the full amount today in order to be seen. I would like the policy on that bc this is my 3 rd time here for the same service and the other two front desk didn't tell me that. Never go to LabCorp at 51 Charles Lindbergh Blvd, Uniondale. I needed to have my Glucose Tolenrance Test done; I booked the appointment online for 11am Friday. After I signed in, they have me waited for half an hour. Then they asked me to come back 8:30am next day(saturday) because they will have a lunch break at 12:00 and if I wanted it done that day I have to wait til 1:00pm(They were asking a pregnant woman to stay fasting for another 2 hours so that they can have their lunch break!!!!).........So I came back on Saturday(fasting)...BUT THE OFFICE IS CLOSED ON SATURDAY!!!!!!!Why they asked me to come back on Saturday when no one will be at work???? Labcorp at 10081 Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines, FL was the absolute worst. The lady at the front desk, her name is Amy. I asked for her last name from the phlebotomist but she said she didn't know ..I also asked the phlebotomist where is the SUPERVISOR and she stated AMY WAS IN CHARGE. I went a week prior to give some blood. Later on after getting results from some tests, my doc office stated that Labcorp needed to do a recollection on the other tests that were left, after they took 6 viles of blood!! How much blood did they need? So I go back to do a recollection, I was told I didn't have to wait in line just ask for Amy. So Amy is preparing the paperwork, I waited for about 5 minutes. Then as I get inside I am handed my paperwork to make sure everything is correct. I am limping by the way I have a sprain. I get up to hand her the paper and stated my name is wrong. Then as she is ready to hand it to me, she calls me to come and get it. I am on the same side of her desk not in the waiting area. Seated not too far from her desk where she doesn't have to walk around it and could easily walk right to me. I stated to her could you please just bring to me I am limping and I just got up again to give her papers that were handed to me. She slams the papers on a filing cabinet by her printer behind her desk and tells me "I'm busy I can't walk over there right now". I stated to her "Not only did I have to drive back here because you guys didn't take enough blood, but you clearly see that I am limping and you made the mistake of my name and you have me getting up back and forth to hand you papers which you have done incorrectly, and I ask you to simply hand me the paper and you slam it down for me to come and get it. You are very rude and unprofessional." She kept saying "Thank you thank you." I explained to her just stop saying thank you and do not say another word to me." She was just adding fuel to the fire being argumentative. A scene was made where I'm pretty sure the people in the waiting room heard. The phlebotomist, I forgot her name, was very apologetic which I appreciated. But the lady at the front if she is management she is a bad face for your company and will be a downfall.
