Even though I showed up an hour early (I was ok waiting), I got called at my appointment time. They were quick and attentive to peoples' needs and got people in and out. One my name was called, I went back. My tech was absolutely awesome. She was so kind, gentle, and the needle stick went unnoticed. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because she missed some of the labs that my provider requested and I'll have to go back now. Billing was efficient and quick, too. Overall, good experience and conversation with my tech! Would go back to this location.

They told me they were going to use my hand and I was thinking this was gunna be bad. They held my hand (literally), distracted me and I seriously felt zero pain. ZERO. Both sticks. No bruising either! Quick. Easy. Painless. If getting your blood taken is something you really struggle with I highly recommend coming here. Even if you're ok with it, this is still the place to go! I was very sick when I went to this care center…read more The staff at the front desk was very friendly and took all my information immediately When I was brought into a room, the nurses took the routine testing, such as: blood pressure, temperature, and more. They were very friendly, professional, and engaged in small talk to build rapport. They helped with getting my mind off of feeling so awful. The doctor was fantastic. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, caring, empathetic, and made me feel very comfortable. She got right to work, checking me out and went far beyond the expectations for an emergency care center. She was very cheerful, and her personality just made me feel better as blood was taken and other tests were being done. It's very hard to explain this particular doctor's mannerism. As she works diligently to find out what is wrong with the patient (ME) She just makes a patient like myself feel safe and comfortable. It is a quality I have never seen with a doctor. I do not know.

They have a little complimentary coffee bar and water area. However, by the time you may notice it, you will likely be called back. They are super fast and efficient. Including getting the results to the doctor on the same day. I do wish the website worked better for pulling up a copy. I can't ever seem to log in. They will also print a copy for you there. The restroom in the lobby area is huge. It is only 1 bathroom but its never so busy that its a problem. They take walkins and have special pricing for self pay patients on Wednesdays. I will not waste my time with LabCorp or Quest anymore with the level of prompt and courteous service that I get here at Vista.

The representative I spoke with was not only unprofessional and dismissive, but the call was abruptly disconnected--an action that is completely unacceptable. This was the same person that ignored me when I recently went to get my labs done at this location. As a customer, I expect courtesy, respect, and assistance, not to be treated rudely and hung up on. This experience reflects poorly on your organization and raises serious concerns about how calls are being handled and information is given to patients/clients.
