Arrived at about 645pm with extreme pain and nausea from an abscessed tooth. The antibiotics the…read moredentist had prescribed were messing me up big time. Dr Joshua H listened to my explanation and assured me he'd help. He prescribed a new antibiotic, called it in and after picking it up I headed home. Within 3 hrs of taking it my nausea was GONE! Everyday that I took it the swelling and pain went down. By the time I made it to the dentist for treatment I only had a bit of swelling and pain. The Dr knows his stuff! Price was very affordable with my insurance and the support staff were helpful and pleasant despite it being at the end of their working day. Highly recommend them!

It unlocks electronically and she just sits behind the counter. My husband went in with shingles. The first person in the door and the last person in the waiting room to be called back. Did I mention he has shingles. Very painful. When he asked about the 45 minute wait, she said she had gotten those waiting out of order so six people were seen before him. We've been here before and this has never happened. She needs customer service coaching in a bad way. The PA who saw him after an hour of waiting, was good. We live about 40 minutes away and don't have many health care options.

The day I went they didn't have a receptionist working, it was just one lady doing everything. She worked very hard to get everything done as quickly as possible but there was still about a ten minute wait in the waiting room, but she was very professional and got the lab work done very quickly. If they had a receptionist it would have probably been much quicker, there was a lady in the waiting room who said that they had never taken that long before so perhaps it was just an off day, but I don't think I'll be going back there for my lab work.
