We have been customers here for the last 5 years. I had my granddaughter in there last Thursday…read moreand she just informed me (Tuesday) that she has lost her expensive Thermus water bottle. Backtracking where we have been I just called the Mayfield office and was informed that they threw it away on Friday. Seriously? 24hours and they throw it away. Couldn't check with the customers that had been in the office Thursday?! Clearly either they actually threw away a customer's property or one of the staff decided they wanted it. Either way, it is obvious that this clinic does not care about their customers. I am looking for a new Optometrist.
